Mid-Century Modern Rehab

Russell Forester was the original architect who designed this Mid-Century Modern style home in the early 60's.  The construction costs at that time were approximately $10/square foot.  The original owners would have been faculty or researchers at UCSD/Scripps Institute of Oceanography.
